Overview

Junior Account Manager

Location: San Francisco Bay Area

Company: Health Link Home Health and Hospice

Pay Range: $30–$35/hour (based on experience)

Health Link Home Health and Hospice has been a trusted provider of compassionate, high-quality healthcare delivered directly to patients in the home for nearly 20 years. We are seeking a motivated and personable Junior Account Manager to join our outreach team and support the mission of expanding access to exceptional home health and hospice services.

About The Role

As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll be an essential part of our Community Relations team, supporting efforts to build strong, lasting relationships with referral sources and community partners. Your work will directly impact patient access to care by representing our brand, coordinating referral efforts, and assisting in the execution of our sales and outreach strategies.

You’ll collaborate closely with the Director of Community Relations and senior team members to develop your territory, deepen connections with healthcare providers, and ensure that Health Link continues to be the first choice for trusted in-home care.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a willingness to learn the dynamics of the home health and hospice industry quickly.

Applicants who speak Mandarin or Cantonese are strongly encouraged to apply. Bilingual skills are a valuable asset in serving our diverse Bay Area communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing plan to promote Health Link’s services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, physician offices, skilled nursing facilities, senior communities, and other healthcare organizations.
  • Participate in ride-alongs and training sessions with experienced team members to learn best practices and respect existing referral relationships.
  • Make outreach calls, schedule and attend meetings, present services in-person, and follow up diligently.
  • Coordinate with the intake team to streamline referral processes and serve as a communication bridge between community partners and internal teams.
  • Attend relevant community events, networking functions, and meetings to represent Health Link and raise awareness.
  • Track outreach activities using CRM software and maintain up-to-date records of contacts, meetings, and outcomes.
  • Manage a personal outreach budget responsibly, ensuring resources are used effectively.
  • Develop new leads into strong, reliable referral partnerships.
  • Maintain excellent calendar organization and always remain responsive—timely communication is key.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in healthcare, sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus—but we’re open to training the right person.
  • Quick learner with the ability to absorb information and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident in presenting to groups or individuals.
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-through and attention to detail.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, goal-driven environment.
  • Bilingual fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is highly desirable.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Hourly Pay: $30–$35/hour (depending on experience)
  • Health Insurance
  • Vision Insurance
  • Dental Insurance
  • Life Insurance
  • 401(k) + Matching Plan
