(PTPS) is a fast‑growing, cybersecurity‑focused Managed Service Provider (MSP) serving professional services firms across New York City—including law, finance, accounting, nonprofit, and healthcare. We are expanding our team and seeking a Junior Account Manager to support our clients, manage new client onboarding, and ensure clients receive world‑class service throughout their lifecycle.
Role Description
In this role you are responsible for strengthening client relationships, coordinating onboarding, conducting business reviews, identifying technology and cybersecurity improvement opportunities, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
This is a client‑facing, communication‑heavy role—ideal for someone who enjoys organization, relationship management, and being the connector between clients and the technical team. This is a hybrid role so you will be required to be in the city as well as being able to work remotely.
You will work closely with the COO and collaborate daily with our technical team. You will play a key role in ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our technology services to support client goals.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
- Conduct check‑ins and Technology Business Reviews
- Maintain high client satisfaction and proactively address concerns
- Track client goals, issues, and technology roadmaps
New Client Onboarding
- Own and manage all onboarding phases from signed MSA to 30‑day review
- Coordinate schedules and deliverables between clients, technicians, and vendors
- Communicate onboarding progress and expectations clearly to clients
Account Growth
- Identify opportunities for cybersecurity upgrades (SOC/MDR, Zero Trust, SASE, Pen Testing, etc.)
- Present solutions and coordinate proposals
- Track and manage license usage, increases, and reductions
- Assist in planning and preparing proposals, renewals, and SOWs
Client Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare ticket trend reports, client summaries, and onboarding dashboard
Internal Coordination
- Work with technicians to ensure client expectations are aligned with deliverables
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on marketing deliverables linked to client outcomes
- Maintain CRM cleanliness and track all client interactions
Required
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Highly organized; able to manage multiple deadlines

- Ability to translate technical concepts into business language
- Strong documentation and follow‑through habits
- Familiarity in the MSP Industry
Preferred
- 1–2 years in MSP, SaaS, IT, or customer success
- Experience with M365, ticketing systems, or IT onboarding
- Familiarity with TBRs, cybersecurity tools, or compliance frameworks
Compensation
- % of commission on upsells (MRR) closed
- % of commission of project revenue generated
- OTE: $61,000–$75,000+
- PTO, paid holidays
