Cotton & Company, located in Stuart, Florida, seeks a Junior Account Executive / Marketing Coordinator to support luxury real estate and lifestyle brands. This on-site, full-time position offers growth as you help keep client programs on strategy, on brand, on schedule, and on budget from day one.

You will collaborate with account executives and marketing managers, coordinating across strategy, creative, content, digital media, social, websites, and events while growing into greater client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, PR or related field.
• Approximately one year of marketing experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and ability to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with marketing tools such as CMS, analytics, email, and social platforms is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Executives and Marketing Managers in day-to-day client work.
• Maintain project schedules, calendars, budgets, statuses, and deliverables.
• Prepare for client meetings, organize materials, document decisions, and track follow-ups.
• Coordinate work across strategy, creative, content, digital media, social, website, and events.
• Help execute integrated campaigns across paid media, social, email, websites, search, print, and events.
• Review deliverables for accuracy, brand alignment, and approved strategy.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, sales teams, and partners to keep work moving.
• Monitor campaign activity, audience engagement, lead performance, and competitive marketing.
• Assist with reporting and buyer/market research.
• Use approved AI-supported tools responsibly for research, planning, content development, and quality control.
