As a key member of Ryse, you will play an integral role in driving the growth of our business through B2B sales strategies. In the Junior Account Executive role, you will identify and engage new business opportunities, establish strong relationships with decision-makers, and drive the sales process from prospecting to closing. You’ll work closely with a small, agile team to build a sustainable pipeline, influence our sales strategy, and help shape the future of the company. Ryse is passionate about sales, enjoys the challenge of a startup environment, and is committed to developing a winning culture. Job Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting: Identify potential business clients.
  2. Lead Generation: Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
  3. Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
  4. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key business decision-makers.
  5. Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales metrics, forecasts, and progress toward targets.
  6. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  7. Closing Sales: Successfully close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Entry-Level Experience: While previous sales experience is a plus, it’s not required. We’re looking for individuals with a passion for sales and a willingness to learn and develop their skills.
  • Strong Communication Skills: The ability to confidently communicate, build rapport, and engage with diverse clients, from small business owners to senior executives in large enterprises.
  • Other Qualifications: Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred, experience in a customer-facing role.
