Position Overview

Under supervision, working with a Lead or Sr. A&P Mechanic, you will perform repairs and maintenance on PHI aircraft and related equipment, ensuring accurate documentation.

Responsibilities Include
  • Assist in reviewing and evaluating daily maintenance or inspection requirements to maintain aircraft airworthiness.
  • Help prepare reports, requisitions, inventories, and learn to certify work on aircraft logs and forms in compliance with FAA, manufacturer, and PHI standards.
  • Learn to comply with entries in RAMCO and other documentation.
  • Maintain communication with team members to ensure effective and timely work completion.
  • Assist with maintaining parts inventory and company-provided tools.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
The Successful Candidate Will Have
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • FAA Mechanic Certificate with both Airframe and Powerplant ratings.
  • 0-2 years of experience as an A&P Mechanic.
  • Basic communication skills.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Ability to pass physical, drug, and background checks.
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
  • Basic mechanic tools.
