Job summary

RMS International is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Junior 3D Designer to join our growing team in North Andover, MA. This entry-level role focuses on translating ideas into production-ready 3D assets and supporting the company’s 3D production workflow.

You will learn to create clean models, prepare files for 3D printing, and produce renderings for internal reviews while collaborating closely with designers across disciplines. On-site work is required in Massachusetts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in 3D Design or a related field.
• 0–3 years of relevant role or industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Create clean, well-structured 3D models based on provided specifications and references.
• Prepare models for 3D printing (FDM and SLA), including basic checks for scale, structure, and printability.
• Produce renderings for internal reviews, packaging design, and presentations.
• Collaborate closely with designers across disciplines to support active projects.
• Apply correct scale, proportions, and basic tolerances consistently.
