Job summary

Responsibilities

• Substance use counseling and interventions: individual, group, and family counseling; DSM-5TR assessments; treatment plan development.
• Clinical documentation: maintain compliant records and Medicaid documentation guidelines.
• Professional development: pursue ongoing training and participate in supervision.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Behavioral Health Director or Clinical Manager.
