MercyOne offers a Jumpstart nursing program in Dubuque for students currently enrolled in an accredited RN program. You can earn up to $2,000 monthly while finishing the last 9 months of your RN education, with reimbursement of board and licensure fees.
After licensure, you can start your nursing career with MercyOne, supporting multiple units in the Dubuque campus. Eligible candidates must pass boards within 6 months of graduation and commit to at least 18 months post-licensure.
