Trinity Health is offering a Jumpstart program in Des Moines for RN students. Earn a $2,500 monthly stipend during the last six months of RN education, with MercyOne reimbursing board and licensure fees. After licensure, you may begin your career with MercyOne, subject to an 18‑month retention requirement.

Working as a PRN Student Nurse Tech during the program is optional. Participation is governed by the organization’s standards and compliance with applicable laws, policies, and procedures,

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Candidates in the Jumpstart program is not required to work during stipend period- this is financial support only during last semester of school. Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations, Trinity Health’s Organizational Integrity Program, Standards of Conduct, as well as other policies and procedures to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical, and professional behavior.
