Job summary

Tradin Organic is seeking a QC Technician for its Florida-based orange juice processing facility. The role involves performing quality assurance checks, documentation, and compliance with food safety regulations.

Candidate should have a high school diploma (Associate’s degree preferred) and 1-3 years of experience in food or beverage manufacturing. Key skills include attention to detail and strong communication abilities, with English proficiency required and Spanish skills preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in food or beverage manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP and basic HACCP principles.
• Experience in juice or beverage manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine in-process quality checks.
• Collect production samples according to approved sampling plans.
• Monitor GMP compliance during production.
• Accurately complete production quality records.
• Immediately notify QA Supervisor of CCP deviations.

Skills

Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
