Job summary

Maglio Produce is seeking a Juice Utility Worker to process and prepare fruits and vegetables into juice products in a safe, sanitary, and efficient manner. The role involves selecting products, reading labels, and preparing items for shipping in a fast-paced facility.

The position requires operating equipment, building pallets, and handling products while adhering to company SOPs. The job is physically demanding and exposed to cold conditions with an emphasis on accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production environment preferred but not required.
• Strong reading and comprehension of labels for order selection.
• Must follow safety and food safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to work in cold and slippery environments.
• Must maintain good attendance and respond to supervisor directions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare raw product for processing on the line.
• Operate machine that produces product.
• Regulate machine flow, speed, or temperature.
• Stop machine for malfunctions and report issues.
• Bottle finished product and label containers.
• Pack finished product into shipping boxes.
• Observe operations to ensure quality and conformity to standards.
• Transport materials and products around the facility.
• Read labels to hand-select orders.
• Follow palletizing procedures and build pallets.
• Move products using pallet jacks around the warehouse.
