SunLife Organics is hiring a SunLife Associate to greet guests, craft drinks, and keep the store inviting. You’ll learn SunLife products and help customers with recommendations, working with a team to deliver high-quality beverages.

Must be at least 14 years old, available for 15 hours/week across 3+ days, and able to lift up to 45 lbs. A positive, energetic environment awaits.

As aSunLife Associate, you’ll be the face of our brand, serving up delicious, healthy drinks with a side of positive energy! Whether you’re greeting guests, making smoothies, or keeping the store sparkling clean, you’ll play a key role in creating the best customer experience possible. You’ll work with an awesome team to maintain a fun, high-energy atmosphere while mastering SunLife’s amazing products and delivering that SunLife vibe every day. Plus, you\u2019ll earn $12 + tips with a $17.25 per hour guarantee. This guarantee includes tips but SunLife will supplement your pay to ensure you are earning this hourly rate.

What You\u2019ll Do:

• Serve with Sunshine: Greet every guest with a smile, serve up amazing drinks, and create the best customer experience on the planet.
• Product Pro: Master all SunLife products and be the go-to person for recommendations, questions, and nutrition tips.
• Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Work together with the team to produce and serve the highest-quality products quickly and efficiently.
• Keep It Clean: Keep the store, tools, and equipment sparkling clean—because a clean store is a happy store!
• Stay Energized: Maintain the store’s positive vibe by keeping the energy high and the environment welcoming.

What You Need:

• Passion for healthy, organic food and SunLife’s mission.
• At least 14 years old (or the legal working age in your area).
• Ready to work at least 15 hours/week and 3+ days.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs, stand, bend, reach, and move around (including in coolers and freezers).
• Tech-savvy enough to use basic computer tools (no expert required!).
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
