SunLife Organics in Austin, TX is seeking a SunLife Associate to greet guests, craft delicious drinks, and keep the store sparkling. You will work with a high-energy team to deliver outstanding customer experiences while learning SunLife products and sharing the SunLife vibe.

Become a SunLife Associate!

As aSunLife Associate, you’ll be the face of our brand, serving up delicious, healthy drinks with a side of positive energy! Whether you’re greeting guests, making smoothies, or keeping the store sparkling clean, you’ll play a key role in creating the best customer experience possible. You’ll work with an awesome team to maintain a fun, high-energy atmosphere while mastering SunLife’s amazing products and delivering that SunLife vibe every day. Plus, you\'ll earn $11 hourly + tips with a $15 per hour guarantee. This guarantee includes tips but SunLife will supplement your pay to ensure you are earning this hourly rate.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve with Sunshine: Greet every guest with a smile, serve up amazing drinks, and create the best customer experience on the planet.
• Product Pro: Master all SunLife products and be the go-to person for recommendations, questions, and nutrition tips.
• Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Work together with the team to produce and serve the highest-quality products quickly and efficiently.
• Keep It Clean: Keep the store, tools, and equipment sparkling clean—because a clean store is a happy store!
• Stay Energized: Maintain the store’s positive vibe by keeping the energy high and the environment welcoming.

What You Need:

• Passion for healthy, organic food and SunLife’s mission.
• At least 14 years old (or the legal working age in your area).
• Ready to work at least 15 hours/week and 3+ days.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs, stand, bend, reach, and move around (including in coolers and freezers).
• Tech-savvy enough to use basic computer tools (no expert required!).
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
