Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking a part-time position to prepare juice and other specialty products for purchase. You will set up demo areas, read demonstration materials, and follow safety guidelines for food handling and equipment use.

Responsibilities include managing event schedules, completing required reporting, and assisting with setup, teardown, and kitchen tasks as needed. A background in product marketing or demonstrations in the food/beverage sector is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Product Marketing, Product Demonstrations or in the food, beverage or restaurant industry preferred.
• Applicable state and local food safety certification or license.

Responsibilities

• Properly set up and prepare the area for specialized food products.
• Fully read materials accompanying product demonstrations to understand program scope.
• Follow safety requirements when using equipment and practice proper lifting techniques.
• Adhere to tasks and procedures related to safe food handling, preparation, packaging, and labeling.
• Complete reporting requirements, including online requirements.
• Check the product event schedule and email for updates and supervisor requests.
• Complete certifications and attend training sessions as required.
• Follow safety guidelines for machine operation, cleaning and maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, sterile and safe work area using proper cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Assist teammates with event set-up/clean-up and kitchen duties when needed.
• Conduct food sampling and demonstrations to support business needs.
