Job summary

CROSSMARK Inc. is seeking part-time event staff to prepare juice and other specialty products for in-store demonstrations across our retail partners. The role involves setting up the area, reading program materials, and ensuring safe handling and clean presentation of products.

You will perform demonstrations, handle sampling, complete required reporting, and assist with on-site setup and teardown. Strong customer interaction and adherence to safety guidelines are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely and effectively prepare juice or other specialty products for purchase.
• Ability to conduct demonstrations and sampling events of other products as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare the area for specialized food products.
• Read materials to understand program scope, instructions, and compliance.
• Follow safety requirements when using equipment and lift heavy merchandise.
• Adhere to procedures related to safe food handling, preparation, production and labeling.
• Complete all reporting requirements as required, including online.
• Monitor event schedules and communicate updates to supervisor.
• Attend required training sessions and obtain necessary certifications.
• Follow guidelines for machine operation, cleaning and maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, sterile and safe work area with proper cleaning supplies.
• Assist teammates with event setup/teardown and kitchen duties when needed.
• Conduct food sampling and demonstrations to support business needs.
