Mother’s Market in Santa Ana, CA is seeking a Juice Bar Server to craft juices and smoothies using high-quality ingredients while delivering outstanding customer service in a clean, welcoming environment.

Hourly pay ranges from $16.90 to $18.50. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and in-store discounts. You will prep produce, follow recipes, operate juicers, and assist with cash handling, with flexible weekend shifts available.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Basic knife skills and comfort prepping produce.
• Able to read, understand, and follow recipes in English.
• Verbal proficiency in English (reading and writing at a basic level).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a warm, friendly attitude and provide excellent service.
• Prep fruits and vegetables continuously for fresh juice and smoothie orders.
• Follow established recipes and accommodate custom beverage requests.
• Operate electric juicers and other food prep equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist customers with questions and product recommendations.
• Complete customer orders quickly and accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized juice bar area.
• Follow all food handling and sanitation procedures per local and federal regulations.
• Support deli operations as needed.
• Operate a cash register and handle transactions when required.
