Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking a part-time associate to prepare and demonstrate juice and specialty products in a retail environment. You will set up demonstrations, read program materials, and ensure safe handling of all products and equipment.

The role involves direct customer interaction, reporting, and adherence to food safety standards. Training and certifications may be required, with potential for flexible hours in a dynamic promotional setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Product Marketing, Product Demonstrations or in the food, beverage or restaurant industry preferred.
• Applicable state and local food safety certification or license.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare area for specialized food products and demonstrations.
• Read materials to understand program scope, instructions, and production requirements.
• Follow safety requirements when using equipment and practice proper lifting techniques.
• Adhere to food handling, preparation, packaging, labeling and disposal procedures.
• Complete all reporting requirements, including online reporting.
• Monitor event schedule and communicate updates to supervisor.
• Attend training sessions and obtain required certifications.
• Maintain a clean, sterile work area and sanitize equipment.
• Assist teammates with event setup/teardown and kitchen duties as needed.
• Conduct food sampling and demonstrations to support business needs.
