Job summary

Seed to Table in Naples, FL is seeking a friendly Juice Bar Associate who loves healthy foods to join our team. You will greet customers, prepare juices and smoothies according to recipes, take orders, and ensure a welcoming, clean environment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of customer service, can handle busy shifts, and demonstrate reliability and attention to detail. Fluency in English is expected; Spanish a plus. Weekend availability and comfortable, non-slip shoes are required.

Job Summary:

The Juice Bar Associate is energetic, friendly, and passionate about health-focused food and beverages. This role plays an important part in delivering excellent customer service by preparing fresh juices, smoothies, and other juice bar items while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

• Prepare juices, smoothies, and other menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Take customer orders and handle payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of the juice bar, equipment, and work areas.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and handwashing standards.
• Restock ingredients and supplies as needed.
• Assist customers with menu questions and product recommendations.
• Report equipment issues or safety concerns to a supervisor.Work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
• Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and kneeling throughout the shift
• Clear vision and hearing to ensure safety, accuracy, and effective communication
• Ability to climb step stools or ladders as needed
• Must be able to work on weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as scheduled
