Job summary

CAE is seeking a seasoned professional to support the Joint Interoperability Division (JID) responsibilities for the Joint Tactical Operations (JTO) Interface Training Program. The role covers planning, development, coordination, and management of JTO training, including courseware development and worldwide formal academic training and joint exercise support for allied and coalition forces.

The position requires a graduate of JT-301, an Associate’s Degree or equivalent, 10 years in Datalink, and

Qualifications

• Graduate of JT-301 is required.
• Associate’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education, certification, and related experience.
• 10 years of Datalink experience is required.
• Military instructor experience is required.
• Capable of worldwide deployment supporting Mobile Training Teams, often under field conditions.
• Secret security clearance required.
• Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role.

Responsibilities

• Develop curriculum, conduct instruction, and maintain JID courses.
• Liaise with Combatant Commander staffs for exercise planning and preparation.
• Prepare or review OPTASK LINK messages for JTO exercises.
• Support procurement and integration of Link 16 networks.
• Maintain and configure JICO automated tools and LPDS operations.
• Coordinate with development and acquisition agencies for tools and systems.
