Job summary

Quality Consulting Group, LLC is seeking a highly motivated team member to join our manufacturing operations in Puerto Rico and the continental United States.

You will perform repetitive line assembly to mass-produce medical devices such as IV bags, ensure compliance with company standards, and inspect parts for zero defects while maintaining a clean, organized work area and working at rotating stations as production demands.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1–3 years related experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and talk or hear.
  • Must frequently lift and/or move 5–25 pounds with safety equipment provided.
  • Specific vision abilities: close, distance, and color vision.
  • Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Performs repetitive line assembly operations to mass-produce medical devices such as IV bags.
  • Ensures all operations comply with company standards.
  • Places and fastens parts in specified relationships.
  • Works at different workstations as production needs require.
  • Inspects each part to ensure zero defects.
  • Packages finished products and stocks them.
  • Stacks or bundles materials as needed.
  • Removes samples and takes them to the laboratory for analysis.
  • Keeps the work area clean and orderly.

In this role, you’ll work with a highly enthusiastic team, contributing in a world-class manufacturing industry in Puerto Rico & USA.

Responsibilities
  • Performs repetitive line assembly operations to mass-produce medical devices products such as IV bags.
  • Assure that all operations are in compliance with all Company standards
  • Places parts in specified relationship to each other.
  • Fastens parts together.
  • Works at different workstations as production needs require.
  • Works online where tasks vary as different model of same article moves along line.
  • Inspect each part assuring that the product has zero defects.
  • Displeased the finish product in the appropriate box and stock them until the material handler comes.
  • Stacks or assembles materials into bundles and bands bundles together.
  • Removes samples of materials, labels with identifying information, and takes samples to laboratory for analysis as requested.
  • Must be able to keep the work area in the cleanest and order conditions.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • One (1) to three (3) years related experience in manufacturing or industrial companies.
  • Occasionally required to stand, walk, and talk or hear.
  • Must frequently lift and/or move up to 5 to 25 pounds (with the appropriate safety equipment that the Company provides).
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and color vision.
  • Must be able to work Saturday and Sundays 12hr shift
