Quality Consulting Group, LLC in Puerto Rico & USA is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join a world-class manufacturing team. You will operate and maintain equipment, monitor production, and support process improvements while emphasizing safety and quality.

Ideal candidates have an Associate degree or technical education, 2+ years in Medical Devices manufacturing, and strong troubleshooting skills in automated systems and pneumatics.

Competenze

• Associate degree / Vocational or technical education preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Previous experience in Medical Devices manufacturing.
• Experience in troubleshooting and diagnostics of automated systems, pneumatics, and electro‑pneumatics.
• Knowledge of instrumentation, lasers, vision systems, and motors.
• Experience with preventive maintenance.
• Basic computer repair and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• The Manufacturing Technician is integral to the production process, responsible for operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment to uphold the highest quality standards.
• This role involves monitoring production activities, troubleshooting issues, and supporting process improvements. With a focus on detail and safety, the Manufacturing Technician helps maintain the smooth and efficient functioning of the manufacturing operations.
• Devises, fabricates, installs, tests, and repairs mechanical equipment and systems involving the movement of physical components in the manufacturing area.
• Assisting engineers with developing technical solutions related to the operation and performance of devices and systems.
• Installs, repairs, and upgrades components of mechanical devices and systems in the manufacturing area.
• Devises, fabricates, and assembles new or modified mechanical components for machinery and equipment.
• Conducts quality assurance/control tests and procedures.

Qualifications
