Weekday AI is seeking detail-oriented evaluators to join an AI model assessment project for a leading research organization. You will review JSON outputs, apply structured rubrics, and provide rubric-based scores without AI assistance. This is an immediate-start, remote contractor role with flexible hours.

The engagement emphasizes accuracy, independent work, and timely turnaround. Candidates must be based in the United States and able to commit 20–40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret JSON files and structured data.
• Experience applying rubrics, quality standards, or evaluation frameworks with consistency.
• Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Comfort with reviewing technical or structured documentation and following guidelines precisely.
• Experience in data annotation, QA, content evaluation, or AI model assessment is preferred.
• Strong written communication and ability to justify evaluation decisions clearly.
• Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
• Must be based in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Review and understand written task descriptions and evaluation objectives.
• Interpret detailed grading rubrics and apply them consistently across assignments.
• Read, parse, and evaluate JSON-formatted AI model outputs against predefined quality criteria.
• Assign accurate, evidence-based scores while maintaining consistency across evaluations.
• Identify discrepancies, missing information, or rubric violations during the review process.
• Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and attention to detail while meeting project turnaround expectations.
• Complete all evaluations independently without using AI-assisted tools.
