Job summary

Paylocity in Fort Bragg, NC seeks a JSOC Academic Instructor to educate, coordinate, and develop lesson plans across Joint SOF subjects for the J7 Staff Development Division. You will lead Mobile Training Teams and deliver courses to GCCs, TSOCs, and interagency partners.

Top Secret clearance with SCI access is required. Frequent CONUS/OCONUS travel and no relocation assistance. The role demands strong public speaking, curriculum development, and ability to brief senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 15 years related experience; instructor experience preferred.
• Academic or military instruction background is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Joint SOF policies and procedures is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate and deliver lesson plans and curriculum for Joint SOF academic support.
• Educate and train GCCs, TSOCs, and DoD through mobile training teams.
• Prepare and present academic material to diverse student groups.
