Job summary

FlightSafety International is seeking a JSE Lead API Developer to integrate simulation components with the GRID network for the U.S. Air Force and Navy training environments. You will implement and verify GSI-based interfaces and collaborate on SCARS/ RMF compliance.

The role requires hands-on development in a federated simulation setting, strong documentation, and interaction with architects to shape system design across multiple training devices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field.
• 4–8 years in simulation software development or system integration.
• Experience with DoD training or defense context preferred.

Responsibilities

• Integrate software components to connect training devices to JSE via GRID network.
• Implement message production/consumption using the GSI SDK and verify against ICD.
• Support SCARS conformity and RMF compliance activities.
