Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of complex IT projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects concurrently, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for communicating with stakeholders and team members, managing project resources, and identifying and mitigating risks.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
2. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
3. Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation plans
4. Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
5. Ensure project deliverables are of high quality and meet customer requirements
6. Monitor project progress and ensure project goals are met on time and within budget
7. Communicate with stakeholders and team members regularly to provide project updates
8. Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs
9. Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk logs
10. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
2. 5+ years of experience in IT project management
3. Proven ability to manage complex IT projects and deliver results on time and within budget
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. Experience with project management tools and software
6. Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies
7. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
