The JROTC Army Instructor (Noncommissioned Officer) position a full-time role dedicated to leading and managing the Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corps (JROTC) program. The instructor will be responsible for developing and implementing a curriculum that promotes leadership, citizenship, and personal responsibility among high school students. This role requires a strong commitment to mentoring students and fostering a positive learning environment that encourages academic success and personal growth. The instructor will work closely with school administration, faculty, and parents to ensure the JROTC program aligns with educational standards and meets the needs of the students. Responsibilities include planning and conducting classes, organizing extracurricular activities, and overseeing cadet training and development. The instructor will also be expected to maintain records, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with all JROTC and school policies. In addition to teaching, the JROTC Senior Army Instructor will serve as a role model for students, demonstrating the values of integrity, respect, and service. The position requires effective communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively with others, and a passion for developing the next generation of leaders. The instructor will also be involved in community outreach and engagement, promoting the JROTC program and its benefits to students and families.
