Job Summary

The Field Marketing Specialist will represent Concordia University, St. Paul, recruiting qualified students into online degree programs across Minnesota. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of business development or general business degrees, a passion for higher education, and an understanding of the value of advanced business programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market online advanced degree programs offered by Concordia University, St. Paul.
  • Develop and manage a territory to increase brand awareness and interest throughout Minnesota.
  • Achieve monthly lead, application, and enrollment goals by organizing 12-15 recruiting events each month.
  • Implement marketing campaigns and establish partnerships to expand the territory.
  • Use social media tools to promote programs and expand recruiting efforts.
  • Stay informed on regional and national programmatic and workforce trends and communicate these to stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements

  • Reside in Minnesota, preferably within Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area.
  • Experience managing large geographic sales territories.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a track record of professional growth.
  • Ability to work independently and meet KPIs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM/Salesforce, and other systems.
  • Role involves up to 75% travel within Minnesota and nearby states.
