Job Description

Enterprise Horizon Consulting Group is seeking a motivated SharePoint Administrator to support a key project for our gov’t customer. This role is contingent upon contract award. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual looking to build their skills in SharePoint and Microsoft 365 technologies while working in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and configuration of SharePoint sites, libraries, and lists to meet user and business needs.
• Help manage user access, roles, and permissions in accordance with established governance policies.
• Support the day-to-day maintenance and basic troubleshooting of SharePoint sites and features.
• Learn and apply security and data integrity practices to ensure compliance within the SharePoint environment.
• Assist with creating and updating workflows, forms, and simple automations using tools like Power Automate and SharePoint Designer.
• Provide basic technical support to end users and help with documentation and training materials.
• Work with senior team members to support SharePoint integrations with ServiceNow and other Microsoft 365 apps like Teams and OneDrive.
• Follow established best practices for SharePoint site design, content organization, and administration.

Location

This is a remote position with occasional travel to Philadelphia, PA.

• Active DOD Secret Clearance is required.
• Associates degree or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals certification required; Bachelors degree in related field preferred.
• IAT I certification (A+ CE, CCNA-Security, CND, Network+ CE, or SSCP) required.
• Minimum 2 years’ SharePoint experience required.
• Foundational knowledge of SharePoint Online or SharePoint Server.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools and services such as Power Automate, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn new tools, follow guidance, and contribute to team goals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
