Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a JR. ServiceNow Developer to contribute to Service Portal configurations, widget development, and ITSM implementations.

Responsibilities:

• Performing ServiceNow Service Portal configurations and deployments
• Developing Service Portal widgets and capabilities
• Ensuring that the software behaves as designed by testing it for bugs and performance during all stages of the development process
• Leveraging UI policies, UI actions, and client scripts
• Implementing ServiceNow users, groups, roles, and ACL management
• Working with other developers and Scrum Master to communicate current development effort status and any blockers in the daily Scrum meetings
• Assisting with maintaining detailed documentation of application design and code generation techniques during the during the development process

Required Qualifications:

• Current IAT Level II Certification - Security+ or equivalent certification
• Excellent communication and people skills and work well in a fast-paced team environment
• Experience with ServiceNow Development using: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, ITSM
• Understanding of best practices across both commercial and federal sectors as it relates to workflow and process management.
• TS/SCI with Ploy
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) course to be completed within 60 days of start (certification not mandatory)

Desired Qualifications:
