The program offers a structured 12-month path to a Territory Manager role with training, mentorship, and paid relocation. Upon successful completion, candidates may relocate to any field location in the continental United States. The role includes travel with the training team, product demonstrations, and preparation to assume Territory Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Communications.
• Willingness to relocate to an open sales territory in the continental US after program.
• Willingness to travel during training and as a sales representative.
• Valid driver’s license with no major violations.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and comfortable presenting to groups.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift over 40 lbs.

The program offers a structured 12‑month path to a Territory Manager role, with extensive training, mentorship, and paid relocation. The position is based in Chattanooga, Tennessee, with rotational stints with the field sales team and exposure to Customer Service operations. Successful completion may lead to a promotion to Territory Manager and relocation to any field location in the continental United States.
