What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Actively canvass neighborhoods to identify and educate potential customers on window and door replacement services
- Initiate conversations with homeowners, introducing the employer's products and building rapport
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives to conduct in-home consultations with interested homeowners
- Implement effective follow-up strategies to nurture potential leads and maintain ongoing communication
- Develop familiarity with the geographical area and local demographics to optimize lead generation efforts
What is Required (Qualifications)
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years of sales experience preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and build good relationships in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
