Job summary

EnerSys Advanced Systems, located in Horsham, PA, seeks a Jr Quality Inspector to perform acceptance inspections on raw materials, components, tooling, fixtures, and assemblies per documented plans. You will use metrology equipment for measurements with micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and CMMs, record results, and maintain compliance with the Quality Management System.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent; inspector experience preferred; OpenDMIS CMM software and GD&T

Job Purpose

The Jr Quality Inspector performs acceptance inspections of raw material, components, tooling, fixtures, and assemblies to documented inspection plans using various metrology. This position is responsible to adhere to and promote the company documented Quality Management System procedures and policies.

• Maintain a neat, organized, and compliant workspace

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience as an inspector preferred
• OpenDMIS CMM software preferred
• GD&T certification preferred
