Responsibilities
- Analyze policies and regulations related to a government agency, specifically the Department of Veterans Affairs
- Conduct gap analyses and develop policy review papers and directives
- Deliver high-quality reports and briefings for senior executive-level audiences
- Provide performance analysis and process improvement recommendations
- Interface with various stakeholders through oral and written communications
Qualifications
- A bachelor\'s degree
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to serving Veterans
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong written and communication skills for developing reports and briefings for senior executives
Preferred Qualifications
- Master\'s degree
- Knowledge/experience with VA or VHA programs
- Experience with healthcare data and Federal policy implementation
- Familiarity with mental health and suicide prevention intervention fields
- Experience working with the Veteran community
