This opportunity will be on-site and will require relocation within the United States.

DESCRIPTION

The Jr. Packaging Validation Engineer will join a highly technical team managing the commissioning and qualification of equipment on fully automated packaging lines for biotech drug products. The Jr. Validation Engineer supports Sr. Validation Engineers in developing and executing C&Q or Characterization documentation and project deliverables. Responsibilities include:

1. Developing and executing applicable C&Q and Characterization documentation under supervision.
2. Supporting Characterization activities and recipe parameter optimization.
3. Communicating with the client's project team.
4. Participating in project meetings.
5. Submitting status reports.

EDUCATION

• BS in Science or Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of related experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supporting packaging equipment validations and project field executions.
• Validating and qualifying equipment and systems, generating validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ).
• Implementing validation standards according to FDA guidelines and industry best practices.
• Generating and reviewing regulatory documentation.
• Communicating plans and progress to staff and management.
• Ensuring timely project deliverables.
• Travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
• On-site role.

REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS

• Experience validating packaging equipment in biotech, pharmaceutical, or medical device industries.
• Experience with equipment such as assembly machines, labelers, buffer conveyors, cartoners, case packers.
• Availability to work different shifts and overtime as needed.
• Strong technical writing, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; no C2C arrangements.
