Job description

Join our dynamic team as a Jr. Marketing Communications Administrator and help shape our communication strategies to drive organizational goals forward. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to create impactful content and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and support communication strategies and initiatives for the division/team.
  • Create, edit, and review content that aligns with brand standards and supports stakeholders.
  • Work independently to produce mission-aligned content for internal communications campaigns.
  • Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment, asking questions and problem-solving as needed.
  • Maintain collateral and implement brand standards across documents and presentations.
  • Update and support SharePoint, including modernization/migration projects.
  • Assist in recording and curating presentations for organizational meetings.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of communication plans and strategies.
  • Perform ad hoc duties related to general communications work, such as writing and proofreading.
Skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills focused on internal communications.
  • Proficiency in editing and proofreading, with experience in AP Style writing guidelines.
  • Experience with internal digital communication tools like SharePoint and Teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint for presentation development.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective time management and project prioritization abilities.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with graphic design software and content management systems.
  • Background in working with technical, EHS, production plant, or process engineering teams.
