Job summary

Intellectt Inc. is seeking an Inventory Clerk to manage stock on the shop floor, perform cycle counts, and maintain accurate ERP/CMMS records. You will label, track, and organize maintenance spare parts, supporting the stores team in locating parts and ensuring proper 5S storage.

The role requires strong Excel, barcode scanning, and documentation skills, with a focus on inventory accuracy and timely reporting in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering required.
• Experience with ERP/CMMS systems and barcode scanning preferred.
• Strong inventory management and data entry skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical stock verification of maintenance spare parts, tools, and consumables on the shop floor.
• Scan, label, and track inventory items using barcode or inventory management systems.
• Update inventory records in ERP, CMMS, or inventory databases accurately and timely.
• Organize maintenance inventory locations to improve accessibility, visibility, and control.
• Identify discrepancies between physical inventory and system records and report findings.
• Support cycle counts, stock audits, and inventory reconciliation activities.
• Assist maintenance and stores teams in locating and issuing spare parts.
• Ensure proper storage, tagging, and categorization of maintenance items.
• Maintain inventory-related documentation and records.
• Follow safety, housekeeping, and 5S practices within maintenance storage areas.
