Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including basic data analysis.
• Experience working with logistics, transportation, or ERP systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Responsibilities

• Support daily logistics operations, including scheduling, routing, and shipment tracking.
• Assist in coordinating inbound and outbound shipments for timely deliveries.
• Monitor transportation activity and address issues or delays.
• Communicate with carriers, distribution centers, and internal teams on shipment status.
• Maintain accurate logistics records and system updates.
• Analyze transportation data to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare and maintain freight-cost and delivery-performance reports.
• Develop dashboards and reports to support decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and increase efficiency.
• Partner with warehouse, inventory, purchasing, and operations teams.

Position Summar

yThe Jr Logistics Analyst is responsible for supporting logistics operations through data analysis, reporting, & process improvement initiatives. This role works closely with transportation, warehouse, & corporate teams to analyze shipping activity, monitor performance metrics, identify inefficiencies, & support solutions that improve delivery performance, reduce costs, & enhance overall supply chain efficiency
