An established educational institution is seeking a dedicated Coach to inspire and develop student-athletes in their chosen sport. Reports to: Athletic Director, Assistant Athletic Director, & Principal
FLSA: Non-Exempt
A Coach, or Head Coach, guides and teaches athletes the skills they need for a specific sport. Their duties include skills coaching, helping to condition athletes, and enforcing safety procedures.
Appropriate knowledge of sport and rules of the specific sport wishing to coach. Prior coaching experience preferred.

Promote and publicize efforts and achievements by promptly and consistently reporting results to the media and athletic office within a week of the event.
Represent your Program and MCS in a positive manner throughout the community.
Find ways to give back to Our Community; expectation is that your program(s) does at least one community outreach each season.
