Salary: $123,000 - $250,000

Status: Full Time

The Department of Pathology of the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track faculty position in the Division of Neoplastic Hematopathology.

The successful candidate will hold an academic appointment at the rank of Assistant Professor or Associate Professor in the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and a medical staff appointment in The Johns Hopkins Hospital and the Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center.

The successful applicant will develop a program of independent scholarship in clinical, translational, or basic science. The focus should be on the areas of neoplastic hematopathology andclinical lab hematology, including coagulation or flow cytometry. Preference will be given to those with a demonstrated record of scholarly accomplishment. Independent funding is encouraged but not mandatory. Diagnostic Hematopathology activities will comprise a significant portion of the duties.

Applicants must have an MD degree or MD/PhD degrees and be Board-certified/eligible, in Anatomic and/or Clinical Pathology, and preferably Board-certified/eligible in Hematopathology. The successful candidate must be eligible for a State of Maryland medical license.
