Responsibilities

• Work closely with our experienced maintenance technician to learn and assist with a variety of maintenance tasks
• Help install, maintain, and repair mechanical systems and equipment under supervision.
• Assist with and support the upkeep and troubleshooting of HVAC, plumbing, mechanical systems as well as repair and maintain general building requirements
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards
• Support response to requestedmaintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner

Skills and Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma, technical training or coursework ononHVACstructures,plumbing,andelectricalsystems preferred
