Position Overview: Client Services Associate (CSA)

As a Client Services Associate in the Technical Support department within Customer Service, you will act as a key liaison between our company and clients, providing exceptional support. Your main duties will include addressing client inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring timely resolution of support requests. Your role is vital in maintaining client satisfaction and fostering positive relationships through high-quality service and support.

Job Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries and support requests.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of support interactions and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in a technology-related industry.
  • Experience with maintaining and troubleshooting printers, copiers, and fax equipment is preferred.
  • Strong technical aptitude and proficiency with computer systems and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks involving standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and repetitive motions.

The pay range for this position starts at $17/hr, with potential bonuses and a full benefits package, including medical, financial, and other benefits, depending on the position offered.
