Jr. Escrow Officer - Phoenix, AZ (Temporary Contract/Partial Remote)

Title Forward, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Redfin, is a technology-driven real estate company aiming to modernize the title and settlement industry. Our goal is to create a seamless, transparent experience for buyers and sellers, combining technology with excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Calculate and add fees to prepare Closing Disclosures and Settlement Statements, including recording fees, transfer taxes, property taxes, and others.
  • Coordinate with mortgage lenders to finalize loan documents, balance disclosures, and authorize disbursements.
  • Develop strong working relationships with lenders.
  • Ensure accuracy of loan documents in relation to title documents.
  • Balance incoming and outgoing funds meticulously.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of title insurance experience, especially in preparing Closing Disclosures and Settlement Statements within Arizona.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Technologically proficient and quick to learn new software.
