No prior maintenance experience is required; successful candidates will learn through mentoring from senior technicians and OEM specialists, with a clear path to higher-level maintenance roles in a stable, technology-forward environment.

Qualifications

  • Technical high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years of any work experience.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in electromechanical systems.
  • Ability to use basic hand tools and follow technical instructions.
  • Reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine mechanical and electrical maintenance on production equipment.
  • Assist senior technicians with troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of electromechanical components.
  • Conduct equipment in-situ preventive maintenance tasks and cleaning.
  • Monitor machine performance and elevate issues promptly.
  • Follow established safety procedures, including lock-out/tag-out.
  • Document maintenance activities and equipment performance.
  • Support equipment set-up, changeovers, and calibration.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S and continuous improvement practices.

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine mechanical and electrical maintenance on production equipment.
  • Assist senior technicians with troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of electromechanical components.
