Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners is seeking a Junior JavaScript Developer for a long-term onsite contract in Westbury, NY. The role targets recent Computer Science graduates or those with a portfolio of projects, with a Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:00 PM schedule (35 hours/week).

Compensation is $35-$39/hour (W2) with excellent benefits, health coverage, and potential for long-term employment and pension eligibility through conversion.

Looking to launch your software development career? Our client, a respected educational/public sector organization, is seeking a Junior JavaScript Developer for a long-term onsite contract opportunity with excellent benefits, and long-term career stability.

This is an excellent opportunity for recent Computer Science graduates or aspiring developers with hands‑on experience and a portfolio of programming projects.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain web applications using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

• Work with databases and assist with data-related development tasks

• Apply fundamental programming concepts and data structures

• Support application enhancements, testing, and troubleshooting

Required Skills
