Job summary

GCS Recruitment Specialists seeks an early-career Electrical or Electronics Engineer to translate electrical drawings into configurations, test hardware and software, and support on-site commissioning for live buildings. You will work with PLC programming, Python, MATLAB, and PLC logic to troubleshoot and integrate automation hardware.

A strong foundation in electrical systems and hands-on problem solving is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduation year between 2022 and 2026.
• Degree or diploma in electrical/electronics/automation disciplines.
• Hands-on with electrical systems and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Translate electrical drawings and I/O lists into application configurations.
• Test configurations in simulation and on real hardware with EtherCAT devices, rollers, sensors, safety I/O.
• Support commissioning on site as buildings go live.
• Document findings, test results, and technical recommendations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support commissioning on site as buildings go live
• Document findings, test results, and technical recommendations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and engineering projects.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate Degree or Diploma in one of the following:
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering Technology
  • Mechatronics Engineering
  • Electromechanical Engineering
  • Equivalent technician or technology program
• Graduation year between 2022 and 2026

Additional Experience

• Experience in one or some of the following technologies:
