Job summary

GCS Recruitment Specialists seeks an early-career Electrical or Electronics Engineering graduate to translate drawings into configurations, test on real hardware, and support on-site commissioning as buildings go live. You will document findings and support improvement projects across hardware integration and automation.

The role requires a strong foundation in electrical systems, exposure to programming, and a passion for troubleshooting and hardware-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Graduate Degree or Diploma in one of the following: Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechatronics Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or equivalent technician/technology program.
• Graduation year between 2022 and 2026.

Responsibilities

• Translate electrical drawings and I/O lists into application configurations.
• Test configurations in simulation and on real hardware (EtherCAT devices, motorised rollers, sensors, safety I/O).
• Support commissioning on site as buildings go live.
• Document findings, test results, and technical recommendations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and engineering projects.
