Job Title : Junior Consultant – Sage Intacct

Position Summary

As a Junior Intacct Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting our clients through data migration and system support during their Sage Intacct implementation. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to grow in technical expertise, and passionate about helping clients optimize their financial systems. You'll be responsible for extracting, mapping, and validating client data from legacy systems and ensuring seamless imports into Sage Intacct. In addition, you'll provide day-to-day support to clients and consultants, ensuring timely resolution of issues and adherence to our internal escalation process.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely and professional support to clients during and after implementation

• Troubleshoot and resolve client support cases within 24 hours or escalate appropriately

• Maintain weekly communication updates with clients

• Escalate publisher support issues and follow through on timely resolutions

• Accurately track and document support time and activities within internal systems

• Extract and transform data from client legacy systems

• Map and validate data using import templates and tools

• Assist consultants with data migration strategy and best practices

• Ensure accurate and duplicate-free imports into Sage Intacct

• Build working knowledge of SQL and Intacct APIs

• Contribute feedback to improve internal data migration tools

• Collaborate closely with implementation consultants, project managers, and clients

• Support team success by mentoring others and sharing knowledge

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of data migration processes or ERP systems

• Familiarity with Sage Intacct or similar financial platforms is a plus

• Exposure to SQL, APIs, or stored procedures is beneficial

• 1–2 years of experience in a support, data, or consulting role preferred
