About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Construction Project Manager to support multiple utility projects across electric and pole services. This role is critical in ensuring smooth operations, accurate tracking, and timely communication between project teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate dispatch packages for ongoing construction projects.
- Utilize SAP to monitor and update project statuses, budgets, materials, and logistics.
- Act as a liaison between project managers and other stakeholders, troubleshooting issues and ensuring resolution.
- Support approximately 20 active projects simultaneously, collaborating with 5–10 project managers.
- Coordinate activities related to electric and pole services for utility projects.
- Assist in managing customer outages and ensure timely communication and resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or construction-related roles preferred.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar project management systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project tracking and reporting tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Customer service mindset for handling outages and inquiries.
