Job summary

Jet Linx is seeking a Jr Concierge for a part-time, on-site role in San Antonio, TX. The position focuses on delivering high-quality client interactions, maintaining facility cleanliness, and supporting base operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of professional customer service preferred.
• Aviation industry experience or interest preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Clean driving record and valid U.S. driver1 license.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for purchasing stock in accordance with Jet Linx Service Standards and submitting accurate expense reports.
• Proactively communicate, document, and resolve complaints, escalating to management as necessary.
• Operate client vehicles cautiously around property including around aircraft/ground equipment as needed.
• Ensure work area, lobby, meeting areas, entryways and restrooms are clean, organized and inviting in accordance with Jet Linx Service Standards.
• Regular and predictable on-site attendance required.
• Demonstrate Jet Linx; core values and “Supply the High” in all interactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Starting hourly wages for this position ranges from $20 to $30 /hour. Actual hourly rates are provided is dependent upon geographic location, aircraft size (crew positions), relevant education, training and experience of the candidate.
