Carpenter Helper / Jr. Cabinet Installer

Kitchen Tune-Up Carpenter Helper / Jr. Installer

Do you want to work for a fast-growing family-owned company that offers consistent hours & competitive pay? ($18-$30/hour based on experience)

We are a growing remodeling business with a proven track record of success. Due to our rapid growth, we are looking to add one or more team members.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Work in consumers’ homes to transform their kitchen.
2. Follow the instructions of the lead installer.
3. Keep the work area clean and orderly and clean up daily.
4. Keep tools, materials, and work vehicles clean and organized.
5. Do basic carpentry (i.e.: measure, drill holes, hang doors, etc.).
6. Paint cabinet boxes, molding, etc. in homes when necessary.

Additional Responsibilities:

1. Able to safely operate power hand tools.
2. Ability to work quickly and efficiently with a stellar work ethic.
3. Excellent attention to detail and must take personal pride in a job well done the first time.
4. Must be able to interact with our customers on a professional & friendly level.
5. Arrive to jobsite on time in appropriate work clothing.

Requirements:

1. Ability to work in Middlesex County, Fairfield County & New Haven County.
2. Must have a valid driver's license with a verifiable good driving record and no physical limitations to perform the tasks required.
3. Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
